From the server room to the boardroom

I'm based in Sofia, and my career began in the mid-1990s hands-on with the cables, servers and networks — and has passed through every level of the IT profession: administrator, manager, director, member of leadership teams. Today I direct global IT infrastructure and operations across the EMEA, APAC and AMER regions.

I have worked for international companies and public institutions across industries — from retail and manufacturing to the financial sector and higher education. I have built IT functions and service desks from scratch, led datacenter virtualization, cloud migrations to Azure and Microsoft 365, international projects with organization-wide impact, and managed IT budgets and vendor negotiations across several countries.

Why this site? Because accumulated experience is most useful when shared. I offer it as a service — to businesses that don't need a full-time IT director, and to individuals who want their home technology to simply work.
